Truck Driver Position

Driver Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid license from your state of permanent residence
- Have a verifiable work history and references
- Have an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Must be able to pass a physical compliant to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Standards If any failed or refused drug or alcohol related test, must provide proof of completed Substance Abuse Counseling to consider
Documents Requirements
Must present one of following:
- US Passport
- State Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
- INS paperwork that shows US Citizenship
- Permanent residence has Card
Medical Requirement
- Blood Pressure Levels: 140/90 or lower
- Eye Sight: 20/40 or better in each eye (with corrective lenses if needed)
- Hearing: Must be able to hear a forced whisper at 6 feet Diabetic:
- Sugar levels must be well controlled with an A1c level of 10 or less. If you are on insulin, you will need form MCSA-5870 which can be found on the FMCSA website.
- Heart Related Issues: You will need cardiology clearance and possibly recent stress test or echo-cardiogram results.

An affirmative answer to the questions regarding criminal record criminal record will not automatically result in the denial of employment. An applicant's criminal record will be evaluated based on the job for which the applicant has applied.
